Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $50; a flat $6.95 fee applies to smaller orders. Orders ship within one to two business days and arrive in three to seven business days across the continental US.
Returns
We accept returns on scales, bags and unopened fragrance within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. For safety and hygiene, snacks, drinks and opened fragrance cannot be returned. To start a return, contact us with your order number.

When will my order arrive?
Orders ship within one to two business days. Standard delivery takes three to seven business days after shipping.
Can I return an item?
Scales, bags and unopened, sealed fragrance can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original packaging. For safety and hygiene, snacks, drinks and opened fragrance cannot be returned.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship within the continental United States only.
